Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Bright Amber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Miami. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for subcontractor invoices in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
