Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Amberfield Corner Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
