Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Wren Farms and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for seasonal crews in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
