Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Cedar Iron Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for parts orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
