Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Amberfield Timber Property Management Partners manages apartment communities around San Diego, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
