Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Bluepeak Haven Property Management manages apartment communities around Atlanta. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
