Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Ironwood Harbor Freight is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for customer tracking in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
