Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Maple Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of about 710 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for rent assistance in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
