Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Redstone Yarrow Facilities is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
