Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Amber Construction and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for subcontractor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
