Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Junction Construction Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for safety records in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
