Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Pine Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
