Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Amberfield Bridge Farms is an agricultural business based around Jackson. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of about 452 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for cold storage in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
