Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Highbridge Thistle Property Management manages apartment communities around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
