Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Kestrel Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
