Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Vista Press and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for proofing in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
