Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Greenridge Cobalt Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Pittsburgh region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for permits in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
