Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for recycling loads in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
