Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Northwind Thistle Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 836 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
