Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Summit Lakeside Energy is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for billing disputes in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
