Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Silverline Junction Property Management is a Boston property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
