Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Bright Lakeside Foods is a Nashville food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for allergen controls in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
