Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Bluepeak Corner Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
