Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Highbridge Maple Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Atlanta. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of about 639 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
