Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Nova Iron Property Management Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
