Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Amberfield Keystone Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Jacksonville. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for claims in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
