Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Summit Construction and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for permits in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
