Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Bright Housing Partners and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
