Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Amberfield Lantern Construction is a Columbus contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of about 347 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for subcontractor invoices in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
