Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Cedar Cobalt Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 634 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
