Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Lumen Nest Housing Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
