Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Fern Energy and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for usage data in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
