Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Kestrel Manufacturing Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
