Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Silverline Lantern Construction Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
