Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Highbridge Field Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Spokane and nearby communities. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for water quality in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
