Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Rook Press and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for proofing in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
