Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Greenridge Sable Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Buffalo, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for permits in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
