Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Fern Farms Partners and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for cold storage in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
