Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Bluepeak Summit Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Jacksonville region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of about 848 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
