Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Rivermark Ridge Property Management is a Albuquerque property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
