Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Summit Field Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Colorado Springs, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
