Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Wren Farms and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for packing house output in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
