Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Silverline Junction Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 918 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
