Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Ironwood Amber Press is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for press runs in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
