Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Lantern Construction and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
