Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Ironwood Quill Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Nashville. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for customer sites in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
