Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Hollow Farms Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for packing house output in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
