Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Bright Orchard Farms Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 957 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for packing house output in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
