Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Sparrow Freight and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for proof of delivery in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
