Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Rivermark Energy is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for outage response in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
